ICPG is the innovator behind XPP Polypropylene Solutions, the first material to offer a drop-in solution for PS replacement in rigid form-fill-seal food packaging applications. This revolutionary new material maintains all of the benefits of current PS solutions – processing, function, snap-ablity, barrier protection and cost – but in the form of a more sustainable & recyclable solution compared to PS & PET alternatives that offers compatibility with existing FFS equipment and platforms including Bosch-Syntegon, Hassia, Illig, MultiVac, Zhongya & others.
In addition to our XPP solutions, ICPG produces custom extruded rollstock structures using polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, PET, PET-G and EVOH materials. Capabilities are customizable based on application requirements and include monolayer extrusion, extrusion lamination, and multi-layer barrier and non-barrier coextrusion.
Support services include barrier rollstock formulation and thermoforming part design, packaging & sterilization process consultation, development trials, material replacement design & process consultation and on-site technical support for material trials.
