Jodie has led the growth of six separate entities. She brings broad experience from PE, VC, public/private, domestic/international, start-ups/turnarounds. Industry experience includes: advanced recycling, specialty chemicals, food ingredients and pharmaceutical excipients.
She started in Engineering and then Sales and Marketing with ICI Americas. Subsequently joining SPI Holdings (Harrowston/TorQuest - PE) as Commercial VP honing her stills in high-growth strategies.
Jodie became President of SPI Polyols (ABF, plc.) turning around the business. This was followed by CEO/President role at Solazyme Roquette, a biotech start-up producing food ingredients, and Pinova Inc., a 100-year-old company based on renewable resources manufacturing food ingredients and specialty additives, GreenMantra, advanced recycling of post-use plastics to specialty chemicals and Nexus Circular, advanced recycling of post-use plastics into circular feedstock for new plastics.
