Dylan Lubbe is part of ACT Commodities Global Strategy & Development team. He focuses predominantly on green finance, product development and market expansion within the energy and environmental commodities industry. Dylan works closely with ACT Commodities traders and consultants in order to assist clients achieve both compliance and voluntary sustainability goals through various environmental products such as Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), Power Purchase Agreements and Carbon Offsets with a specific mandate on new environmental commodities. Dylan believes that credible environmental commodities play a crucial role in attacking significant environmental issues because of the financial incentive they offer to investors and project developers as well the optionality they provide to both compliance and voluntary buyers.
