Currently, she leads a team of Product Development engineers servicing General Mills flexible packaging needs. Michelle is passionate about applying "design thinking" principles to problem solving. She has a background in long-term innovation across multiple industries in the polymer science space and enjoys leveraging adjacent technologies to drive consumer engagement and accelerate solutions into the marketplace.
